CiU, Ciudadanos, PSC and PP joined to prevent the pay cut proposed by Colau

The first full mandate of the City of Barcelona, ​​for the adoption of the new municipal organization, has displayed the ruling minority with Barcelona in Comú, who could not move forward with its proposal to lower wages because of the alliance of the opposition.
